Process

Step 1: Your Team

The teacher will assign each person to a team. Once you have been assigned be sure to get to know your companions, and the various strengths each of them brings to your team.

Step 2: Leader Assigned

The teacher will now assign each team to a different leader to research: Pope Urban II, Saladin or Richard I.

Step 3: Get Worksheet

Before you leave to research your leader be sure to download the Crusades Web Quest worksheet here.

Step 4: Meet Your Assigned Leader

Once you have your worksheet click on Resources button and follow the instructions set up for your assigned leader.

Step 5: Report Your Adventures

Once your research about your leader is complete, fill out your worksheet and be prepared to share your findings in class.

Your teacher will ask each team to share its finding about the leader that they researched with the rest of the class. Be sure to do a good job in your research, because the other teams will be learning about your leader from you and your team!
